Section 660-4-2-.01 - General

The Department establishes a food assistance program which provides food assistance to households which are deemed eligible based on rules and regulations given or approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Department. The following rules list those areas in which the Department has adopted a federally-permitted option or waiver for the operations of the program in this State.
