Section 660-3-4-.01 - Adoption By Reference Of 45 Code Of Federal Regulations, Chapter III

The provisions of Title 45, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 301 through Part 308, such regulations being in effect June 26, 1975 through present, and all of same as may be amended, are hereby adopted by reference. The provisions implement Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (The Child Support Enforcement Program). Copies may be obtained for actual publication cost from the Department's principal office, generally referred to as the State Department, which is located at 50 Ripley Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36130-4000. Future revisions to Chapter III may be obtained by contacting the State Department.
