Section 660-3-14-.02 - Allowable And Unallowable Costs Under Purchase Of Service Contracts

Some services are purchased from public and private agencies and/or individuals. The formal purchase agreement is a signed contract. Specific allowable costs are outlined in the purchase of service contracts or Department or Human Resources' policy. Further information about allowable and unallowable costs under purchase of service contracts may be obtained from the Office of Child Support Enforcement, State Department of Human Resources, 50 Ripley Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36130.
