The financial reduction or termination penalty imposed on a family's FA benefits as specified in Departmental Rule 660-2-2 18, due to the failure or refusal, without good cause, of a member of the AU who is subject to JOBS Program requirements to participate satisfactorily in an assigned JOBS activity.
