Section 630-X-3-.04 - Preliminary Investigation By Board

Whether the accused person responds or does not respond to the charges, the Board shall conduct such further discreet preliminary investigation as the Board deems necessary under the circumstances to determine whether or not formal charges should be presented and a hearing held as provided by law.
