Section 625-X-9-.04 - Reinstatement(1) A suspended license may be considered for reinstatement upon the filing of an application for reinstatement by the licensee and determination by the Board that the period of suspension has expired, in accordance with the provisions of Section 34-39-12.(2)(a) A revoked license shall only be reinstated if the applicant has fully complied with all of the provisions of Section 34-39-12.(b) An individual whose license has been revoked may not apply for reinstatement under the provisions of this regulation for a period of one year from the entry of the Order of the Board, or, if the decision is appealed, from the date the appeal is finally resolved or an endorsement of finality is entered by the appropriate appellate court. Hearings upon application for reinstatement shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Section 34-39-12.Author: Cynthia G. Powell, O.T.
