Section 560-X-7-.29 - Payment Of Outpatient Hospital Services

(1) Payment for all outpatient hospital services will be from approved rates as established by Medicaid.

(2) Publicly owned hospitals and hospitals which predominantly treat children under the age of 18 years may be paid at an enhanced payment. These payments shall not exceed combined payments for providing comparable services under comparable circumstances under Medicare.
