Section 560-X-23-.01 - Introduction

(1) This chapter of the Alabama Medicaid AdministrativeCode has been promulgated by the Alabama Medicaid Agency (Medicaid) as a guide for providers of Medicaid hospital care. This chapter is applicable to all hospitals participating in the Alabama Medicaid Program.
