*Each manufacturer shall pay a shipment fee to the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission (AMHC) for each transportable section of each new manufactured home shipped to a retailer in Alabama during the previous month. The payment will be due on the 10^th of each month for the previous month's shipments.
