Section 482-2-111-.04 - Revocation of License
(1) The Alabama State Fire Marshal shall revoke any license for just cause shown, for any one or more of the following:
(a) If a license holder is convicted of a felony or any misdemeanor involving domestic violence.
(b) The license holder is shown to have a drug or alcohol addiction.
(c) If it is determined a license holder is operating beyond the authority provided under a license.
(d) For any cause for which issuance of the license could have been refused had it then existed and been known to the State Fire Marshal.
(2) The Alabama State Fire Marshal will investigate all complaints against license holders, including but not limited to those for excessive noise, property damage, nuisance, violating public safety, improper storage or no storage, discharging products during a Burn Ban, or use of explosive compounds, pyrotechnic compounds, or energetic compounds in a criminal manner.
(3) For any individual holding more than one license, if one license is revoked, all licenses will be revoked.
