Section 482-2-109-.02 - Adoption Of International Mechanical Code®(2015 Ed); Exceptions
(1) Except as specifically provided in paragraph (2), the 2015 edition of the International Mechanical Code®, as promulgated by the International Code Council®, are adopted by reference as a regulation of the State Fire Marshal.
(2) The following portions of the 2015 edition of the International Mechanical Code® are not adopted: In Part 2 of Chapter 1, all sections dealing with "Administration and Enforcement".
