Section 482-1-167-.01 - Authority And Effective Date

(1) This chapter is adopted pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 27-5B-19, Code of Ala. 1975, as amended in Alabama Act No. 2021-235.

(2) If any provision of this chapter is held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected.

(3) This chapter shall become effective January 1, 2022, and shall pertain to all Covered Policies in force as of and after that date.
