Section 482-1-127-.09 - Revocation Of Certificate Of Authority

Failure to comply with a material provision of this or any regulation is considered a violation of Section 27-2-17, Code of Ala. 1975. Pursuant to Section 27-3-21, violation of said statute may subject the insurer to the suspension or revocation of the insurer's Certificate of Authority.
