Section 480-4-4-.05 - Prosecution

(1) If prosecution is warranted, supportive documentation and all evidence will be thoroughly reviewed by the Director.

(2) A summary of the case will be prepared and the case taken to the appropriate district attorney for filing of criminal charges.
