Section 480-3-4-.01 - Tunnels

In every open pit or quarry where underground tunneling or mining operations are conducted, such underground tunneling or mining operations, except when Alabama coal mining laws are applicable, shall comply with the Rules and Regulations for mines other than coal mines of the State of Alabama.
