Section 480-1-3-.05 - Hearings By The Board Of Appeals On Its Own Motion(1) The Board of Appeals may remove to itself or transfer to another Hearing Officer the proceedings on any claim pending before a Hearing Officer.(2) At any time within 15 days after a decision of a hearing officer has been mailed to the claimant and the other parties to the proceeding, and in the absence of the filing by any of the parties to the proceeding, of an Application for Leave to Appeal to the Board of Appeals, the Board of Appeals, on its own motion, may order the parties to appear before it for a hearing on the claim or any issue involved therein.(3) A hearing by the Board on its own motion shall be held only after giving at least seven days' prior notice to the parties to the proceeding, and shall be heard in the manner prescribed in these rules.
