Section 420-7-4-.06 - Referrals

(1) The AHSCIR will facilitate referring of persons who sustain head and/or spinal cord injuries by sharing registry data with the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS).

(2) The AHSCIR will submit data to the ADRS based on an Interagency Agreement between the two agencies.
