Section 420-3-5-.13 - Permit Or Certificate Denials, Suspension, Or Revocation
(1) The Board or LHD may deny, suspend, modify, or revoke any permit or certificate issued, if the holder of the permit or certificate is found to be in violation of any of the permit or certificate conditions, fails to perform such activity in accordance with the approved plan, submitted false information, or if such activity creates a public health nuisance or is inconsistent with the act or these rules.
(2) The denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit or certificate shall be governed by the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, §§ 41-22-1, et seq. Code of Ala. 1975.
