Section 420-3-20-.13 - Processing And Bottling Of Bottled Drinking Water

(1) General. Plants that process and bottle drinking water shall be regulated in accordance with these rules and the rules specified in 21 CFR, Chapter 1, Part 129 (see Appendix B at end of chapter). All definitions, specifications, diagrams, and requirements contained therein and any subsequent changes thereto shall be made a part of these rules.

(2) Certified Copies. Three certified copies of 21 CFR, Chapter 1, Part 129, shall remain on file in the office of the State Health Officer.
