Section 420-3-18-.01 - Purpose

These rules define the harvesting, shucking, processing, handling, and transportation of shellfish;

prohibit the sale of adulterated and misbranded shellfish;

require permits for the sale of shellfish; and establish closures regulating the harvesting areas.
