Section 420-3-16-.15 - Future Dairies, Milk Plants And Frozen Dessert Plants

Properly prepared plans for all milkhouses, milking barns, stables, parlors, milk tank truck cleaning facilities, transfer stations, receiving stations, milk plants, and frozen dessert plants regulated under these rules which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed, or extensively altered, shall be submitted to the Health Officer for written approval before work is begun.
