Section 390-X-9-.01 - [Effective 12/15/2024] Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures for the disbursement of grants to support rural economic development, as authorized by the Rural Logging Efficiency Act of 2023, codified at Ala. Code § 9-3-10.2.
