Section 350-X-1-.11 - Appeals(1) Any person may appeal to the Authority for a hearing to challenge any of the following actions: (a) Denial of any certificate.(b) Revocation of any certificate.(c) Suspension of participation privileges.(d) Fines levied against a certificate holder.(e) In all cases, the appeal must be submitted to the Director in writing within 30 days of the date the action or decision was made. The hearing will be held in front of not less than a quorum of current members of the Farmers Market Authority, and the appealing party will be notified in writing of the date and time of the hearing. The members of the Authority hearing the case will issue a final decision as to the particular issue in dispute in writing, to be mailed to the appealing party no later than thirty (30) days after the appeal is heard.(f) Appellant bears all costs of the appeal.Ala.
