Section 335-6-2-.03 - Submission Of Applications

Applications for a "necessary and adequate" statement shall contain the information specified in 40 C.F.R. § 21.3 and shall be made to the Director, Department of Environmental Management, 1751 Cong. W.L. Dickinson Drive, Montgomery, Alabama 36130.
