Section 335-13-1-.07 - Appeals

Any person aggrieved by any administrative action of the Department, with respect to these regulations, is entitled to a hearing before the Commission and has the right of appeal in accordance with procedures established in chapter 335-2-1 of the ADEM Administrative Code.
