Section 335-13-1-.02 - Statutory Authority

The Department is authorized to promulgate these rules and regulations under and by virtue of authority granted in the Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 22-27-7, 22-27-9, 22-27-12, 22-22A-5 and 22-22A-8.
