Section 335-4-1-.04 - Penalty for Violations

No person shall violate any of the provisions of 335-4. Violation of 335-4 shall be considered to be a violation of Code of Alabama 1975, § 22-40A-1et seq., and shall be punishable as provided therein or by the Environmental Management Act, Code of Alabama 1975, § 22-22A-1 et seq.
