Section 335-3-5-.23 - Submission Of TR SO[2] Allowance Transfers

The Environmental Protection Agency Regulations governing Submission of TR NOx Annual Allowance Transfers, are incorporated by reference as they exist in 40 CFR § 97.722, Subpart DDDDD as of July 1, 2015.
