Section 330-X-14-.08 - Convictions

The revocation, suspension, or denial of a license to practice engineering or land surveying in another jurisdiction, for reasons or causes which the Board finds would constitute a violation of the Alabama Law regulating the practice of engineering and land surveying or any rule, regulation, or code promulgated by the Board, shall be sufficient cause for the denial, suspension, or revocation of a license to practice engineering or land surveying in the State of Alabama.

SEVERABILITY If any of the above provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct (Code of Ethics) or any part thereof, or any sentence, paragraph, clause, phrase or word thereof is construed by the courts to be invalid for any reason, it is the intention of the Board that the remainder shall continue in full force and effect; that is, it is the intention of the Board that each of the above provisions and/or any portions thereof, are severable.
