All members of the Board, including the Chair, are entitled to vote and to make or second motions. A majority of those members of the Board present and voting on any matter shall decide that matter before the Board, except on procedural and evidentiary matters which are provided for in Rule 330-X-1-.08. The Chair shall vote as a member of the Board.

Rule 330-X-1-.12 was renumbered 330-X-1-.09 as per certification filed September 23, 1998; effective October 28, 1998 and the original 330-X-1-.09 was repealed.
