Section 330-X-1-.07 - Meetings

(1) Meetings may be called by the Chair or by a quorum of the Board.

(2) Each member of the Board shall be given at least seven days notice for any regular meeting, at least 24 hours notice for a special meeting, and at least 4 hour for an emergency meeting. The notice will include the time, place and purpose of the meeting.

(3) The Executive Director will ensure that the meeting notices comply with Alabama's Open Meeting Act, Section 36-25A, Code of Ala. 1975.
