Section 325-1-.02 - ASECCC Policy/Procedures Constitute Administrative Code

This manual, as well as any subsequent regulations adopted by the office of the Governor (in whom is vested ultimate administrative authority over the ASECCC by law) or the ASECCC Steering Committee shall be considered to constitute the Administrative Code of the ASECCC.
