Section 305-7-5-.02 - Other Committees

The Commission shall have the authority to create Committees for such purposes and duration's, as determined by the Commission, to assist and advise the Commission in the accomplishment of its duties. The voting composition of the Committee shall be determined by the Chairperson of the Commission after such Committee is created.
