This document is a guide developed by the OSPFP Division to assist applicants for the CDBG Planning Fund in properly filling out planning applications. The proposals for the CDBG Planning Fund shall be activities necessary to develop a comprehensive community development plan or major components of a comprehensive plan. Total activities expected to be funded are comprehensive plans, land development regulations, community facility plans, capital improvement programs and budgets, and downtown redevelopment plans.
