Section 300-4-9-.02 - Administration

The Alabama Commission on Higher Education is designated as the State agency responsible for the AYSP in Alabama. The Executive Director of the Commission is designated as the certifying representative for the program. Administration of the AYSP shall be in accordance with federal statutes and regulations applicable to the program.
