Section 290-2-4-.03 - Purchase Of Used Transportation Equipment

Used school buses purchased for use in the public schools in Alabama shall meet all state requirements for school buses that were in effect on the date the vehicle was manufactured. The state requirements are listed in the Alabama Minimum Specifications for School Buses (year of manufacture).
