Section 262-X-2-.02 - [Effective 2/14/2025] Officers

Each year the Commission shall elect a chairperson from its membership. Chairperson elections will be held in July, with the newly elected chairperson taking office on October 1. The Commission may appoint an executive director who will serve at the pleasure of the Commission and will receive a salary determined by the Commission.
