Section 20-X-12-.05 - Renewal Of Certification

Certification of a responsible vendor shall be valid for the same term as that of the ABC Board license year. Certification shall be renewed contingent upon the approved renewal of the ABC Board's license. After October 20th of any year, renewals will not be accepted and new applications must be submitted.
