ACTION:

Notice.

The Administrator, Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), denied a petition for trade adjustment assistance (TAA) for shrimpers that was filed on November 18, 2003, by the Southeastern Fisheries Association, Inc., Tallahassee, Florida.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Upon investigation, the Administrator determined that domestic producer prices for shrimp did not decline at least 20 percent during January 2002 through December 2002 when compared with the previous 5-year average, a condition required for certifying a petition for TAA.
