Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 04/17/2016 through 04/24/2016.
Effective Date: 05/02/2016.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/24/2016.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/25/2017.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Texas, dated 04/25/2016 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Austin, Colorado, Waller, Wharton.
Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Texas: Jackson, Matagorda.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
