SUMMARY:

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. OTS is soliciting public comments on the proposal.

Regulation requirement: 12 CFR part 563b.

Description: These information collections are contained in 12 CFR part 563b, which states that a mutual association must obtain written approval by OTS prior to converting to a stock association, and sets forth the guidelines for obtaining such approval.
