On August 28, 2015, NYSE Arca, Inc. (“Exchange”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Act”) and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, a proposed rule change to list and trade shares of the Global Currency Gold Fund under NYSE Arca Equities Rule 8.201. The proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal Register on September 16, 2015. On September 29, 2015, the Exchange submitted Amendment No. 1 to the proposed rule change. On October 28, 2015, pursuant to Section 19(b)(2) of the Act, the Commission designated a longer period within which to either approve the proposed rule change, disapprove the proposed rule change, or institute proceedings to determine whether to disapprove the proposed rule change. On December 11, 2015, the Commission instituted proceedings under Section 19(b)(2)(B) of the Act to determine whether to approve or disapprove the proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment No. 1. The Commission has not received any comments on the proposal, as modified by Amendment No. 1.

See Securities Exchange Act Release No. 76291, 80 FR 67827 (Nov. 3, 2015). Accordingly, the Commission designated December 15, 2015 as the date by which it should approve, disapprove, or institute proceedings to determine whether to disapprove the proposed rule change.
