SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by Bott Communications, Inc. requesting the allotment of Channel 285A at Lowry City, Missouri, as the community's first FM broadcast service. The coordinates for Channel 285A at Lowry City are 38-02-24 and 93-38-28. There is a site restriction 13.5 kilometers (8.4 miles) southeast of the community.
