This document allots Channel 259A to Live Oak, Florida, in response to a petition filed by SSR Communications Incorporated. See 65 FR 37753, June 16, 2000. The coordinates for Channel 259A at Live Oak are 30-13-12 NL and 82-54-00 WL. A filing window for Channel 259A at Live Oak will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening a filing window for this channel will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent order.
