ACTION:

Final rule.

SUMMARY:

In response to a Notice of Proposed Rule Making, 69 FR 16512 (March 30, 2004), this Report and Order allots Channel 276A to Dexter, Georgia, as its first local aural transmission service. The coordinates for Channel 276A at Dexter, Georgia, are 32-25-59 NL and 83-01-33 WL, with a site restriction of 3.3 kilometers (2.1 miles) east of Dexter.

Effective December 13, 2004.
