SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking filed by Jacor Broadcasting of Colorado, Inc. requesting the allotment of Channel 261C2 at Creede, Colorado. The coordinates for Channel 261C2 at Creede are 37-52-56 and 106-45-38. There is a site restriction 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) east of the community.
