SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by M. Terry Carter and Douglas Sutton, Jr, /dba/ Tugart Communications requesting the allotment of Channel 234A to Blairsville, Georgia as the community's first local aural transmission service. Channel 236A can be allotted to Blairsville in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 9.9 kilometers (6.2 miles) north of city reference coordinates. The coordinates for Channel 236A at Blairsville are 34-57-51 North Latitude and 83-37-49 West Longitude.
