SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (FEMA-1552-DR), dated September 17, 2004, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby amended to include the Individual Assistance program for the following areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 17, 2004:

Aguada, Aguadilla, Aguas Buenas, Aibonito, Añasco, Arecibo, Arroyo, Barceloneta, Barranquitas, Bayamón, Camuy, Canóvanas, Carolina, Cataño, Cayey, Ceiba, Ciales, Cidra, Coamo, Comerío, Corozal, Dorado, Florida, Guayama, Hatillo, Humacao, Isabela, Juana Díaz, Juncos, Lares, Las Piedras, Loíza, Manatí, Maunabo, Moca, Morovis, Naguabo, Naranjito, Orocovis, Patillas, Quebradillas, Rincón, Río Grande, Salinas, San Lorenzo, San Sebastian, Santa Isabel, Toa Alta, Toa Baja, Utuado, Vega Alta, Vega Baja, Villalba and Yabucoa Municipalities for Individual Assistance (already designated for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A & B) under the Public Assistance program, including direct Federal assistance, at 100 percent Federal funding of the total eligible costs for a period of up to 72 hours.)
