Description of Relief Sought: The proposed exemption, if granted, would permit operation of the Cargo Air Vehicle (CV2), fully autonomous unmanned aircraft system, above 55 pounds, in external-load operations for research, development, crew training, and exhibition of the external load capability, performed in a sterile and controlled environment under the provisions of a Special Airworthiness Certificate in the Experimental category.
