SUMMARY:

This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Description of Relief Sought: Airbus has requested an exemption from 14 CFR 25.813(e) and 121.310(f)(5) to permit the installation of 32 mini-suites in the Business Class of Model A350 airplanes.
